Orders
are shipped through our various courier partners, which have a very good
capability of delivering all over India. In most cases orders are dispatched
within 24 Hours, subject to the courier company norms. JAIPURI BLOCK PRINT is
not in any way liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only
guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3 working
days from the date of the order and payment. If the order needs customization
then additional 1-5 days are needed.
Free
shipping to any address in India
We
provide free delivery on all our products irrespective to their cost. Please
note that there are no shipments made from us on Sundays and public holidays.
Khatri Creations shall not give any refund, returns, replacement and exchange
for reason/s of delay caused on part of the courier company. However, at its sole
discretion, JAIPURI BLOCK PRINT could agree to provide order credit which may
be used for future orders.
Address
change requests:
Once an
address is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address
alteration requests may be accommodated immediately of placing the order. You
may send your alteration request to jaipuriblockprint@gmail.com. If the order
is not dispatched, then we can possibly accommodate the change but once the
order is dispatched, then no alteration could possibly be made.
How do
I track my shipment?
As soon
as your package is shipped, we shall mail you the tracking details of the
shipment via email or what's app. It may take about 24 hours for the shipment
status to get updated. You can use the shipment tracking number on our courier
partner's website.
Does my
shipment hold any risk while transit?
The
customer will bear no cost to damage while transit of the shipment. But if the
package is damaged, stolen or lost after it has been delivered at the address
specified by the customer, then JAIPURI BLOCK PRINT would not be responsible
for that.
